Job Description
Bilingual Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time maternity leave assignment with Triton Regional School District in Rowley, Massachusetts.
This is a temporary school-based opportunity supporting elementary and middle school students from approximately September 2026 through January 2027.

Student Hours: 8:25 AM – 3:00 PM
Middle School Assignment
Triton Middle School
Student Hours: 7:42 AM – 2:13 PM
Exact daily schedule, weekly hours, and travel expectations between campuses will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
Provide behavioral consultation and support to students and school staff
Conduct behavioral assessments and assist with behavior intervention plans
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
Support students with behavioral and social-emotional needs
Collect and analyze behavioral data
Participate in IEP and team meetings as needed
Provide staff training and behavioral recommendations
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification required
School-based BCBA experience preferred
Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students
Strong communication, collaboration, and behavior management skills
Ability to work onsite in Rowley, Massachusetts
