Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with valid credentials for school-based practice
• Experience working with pediatric populations and delivering therapeutic services within an educational setting
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, faculty, and families
• Ability to perform and interpret PT evaluations and adapt interventions as needed

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver approximately 26 direct service hours of individualized PT to students, implementing assessment-driven treatment plans
• Conduct documentation and indirect service time to ensure compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, offer recommendations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Complete physical therapy evaluations as needed, tailoring interventions to promote growth, independence, and access to the curriculum
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to the student’s needs, maintaining an encouraging, student-centered environment
