Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

while I'm travelling for work and my wife is also working general help is needed. Kids sometimes need help getting to school or having lunches ready, and after school they have a lot of activities (dance and sports). All the responsibilities with the kids and keeping the house in order while also working is leaving us stretched pretty thin.
