Babysitter Needed

I am a stay at home dad looking for more support as my wife begins working soon. Our son is 10 months old and I want him to be comfortable with other people. We have 2 senior pets, a dog and a cat. We are looking for 2-4 hours of care a day or a few days a week so that I can take care of chores, errands, and work. We are looking for someone with childcare experience, preferably a retired teacher that can help with developmental milestones.
