As a Precision Mechanical Assembly Technician, you’ll work hands-on in a non-climate controlled environment where your craftsmanship and focus turn parts into finished assemblies.

A Day in the Role

On your chosen shift, you’ll move between stations assembling various products, reading measurements with a ruler, and operating machinery to shape and secure metals and other components. You’ll check your work carefully, collaborate with teammates, and keep production moving safely and efficiently.

Compensation & Schedule

• Assembler $18 - 21/hr, Depending on experience
• Potential to earn over $50,000 annually with steady hours
• 1st shift: 5am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
• 2nd shift: 3:30pm to 2am, Monday to Friday

What You’ll Tackle

• Assemble a variety of products in a non-climate controlled environment
• Work directly with metals and related components
• Operate machinery to support fabrication and assembly

What You Bring

• Prior manufacturing experience
• Ability to read a ruler and take accurate measurements
• Mechanical or hydraulic know-how
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Stable job history and a willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation to and from Green Cove Springs
