What Your Week Looks Like

Based in Louisville, KY 40206, you’ll be the hub that keeps production moving and equipment maintained on time. One day you’re shaping a forward-looking build plan to match customer demand; the next, you’re aligning preventive maintenance windows so machines are ready when production needs them. You’ll dig into data, fine-tune inventory, and help teams make clear, confident decisions.

Key Contributions

• Craft and maintain integrated production schedules that balance customer requirements with labor and capacity.
• Partner with production and maintenance leaders to sequence work, lock in PM events, and minimize disruption.
• Analyze performance and throughput data to spot trends and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee inventory levels so materials and spare parts are available when needed.
• Build, launch, and track maintenance plans aimed at reducing downtime and boosting reliability.
• Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot bottlenecks and eliminate delays.
• Deliver clear reports and presentations to management covering schedule adherence, maintenance performance, and resource utilization.
• Continuously scan industry practices and recommend process improvements.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in production or maintenance planning within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence across teams.
• Proficiency with production planning software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team-focused mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organization.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
