What You'll Do:

• Provides online shoppers with information about vehicles
• Schedule showroom appointments for potential buyers to meet with our sales team
• Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences
• Manage and follow up with internet leads
• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that drive online sales
• Deliver a seamless, professional customer experience
• Stay current on vehicle product knowledge and industry trends

We're Looking For:

• Good computer, communications and customer service skills, and comfortable working with online customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Previous sales experience preferred, especially automotive or retail
• Familiarity with online sales platforms and digital marketing preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
