Speech Therapist (SLP)
Position Information:

Qualifications:
- Required Certifications: Licensed CCC-SLP in ME, BLS
- Years of Experience: 1 year
- Float Requirements: May need to cover acute rehab intermittently
Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 250
- EHR: Epic
- Patient Population: Adult/geriatric
Common Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and treatment for swallowing, cognition, language, and voice disorders.
- Perform modified barium swallow studies (MBSS).
- Collaborate with a team of SLPs to deliver quality patient care.
Candidate Profile:
- Must Have Skills/Experience: Acute care/critical care, modified barium swallow studies.
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: Acute rehab.
- Personality Fit: Ability to work cohesively with a team of 1-2 other full-time SLPs and 1-2 PRN SLPs.
Education Requirement: MA or MS in Speech-Language Pathology
