Office Assistant - Now Hiring

Mancan is assisting a local automotive shop that is looking for a friendly, flexible, and dependable Part-Time Front Desk / Office Assistant to join their team!

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, is comfortable using a computer, and is willing to learn new systems. Since this is an automotive shop specializing in bedliners and truck accessories, an interest in cars and trucks is a plus!

Pay: $15/hour
Hours: 22–25 hours per week to start
Schedule: Part-time

What you'll be doing:
• Answer phones and check/respond to voicemails and text messages
• Check and respond to emails
• Greet customers and provide friendly customer service
• Check vehicles in and out
• Use the computer to print work orders, create invoices, and register warranties
• Learn and use the Shop Monkey computer system
• Receive ordered parts into the computer system
• Track office supply inventory
• Light office housekeeping, including dusting and vacuuming once a week

The right candidate will be friendly, dependable, comfortable working with customers, and a quick learner. You must be comfortable using a computer and willing to learn the shop's software and processes.

This position has the potential to grow into more hours and additional responsibilities for the right person, but the immediate need is for a part-time front desk employee.
