Responsibilities

- Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare team members; communicate effectively with patients and families
- Demonstrate adaptability to evolving systems and processes; uphold professional conduct and patient-centered care
- Contribute to the unit’s mission and goals while maintaining performance and quality in clinical practice

Requirements
- Current RN license to practice in the United States (state-specific licensure required or eligible)
- ICU nursing experience or demonstrated competence in critical care environments
- Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour assignments in a hospital ICU setting
- Graduate of an approved nursing program; commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice
- Strong team player with effective communication skills and a patient- and family-centered approach
