Bank Teller / Customer Service Representative

At Flatwater Bank, we exist to enhance the lives of our customers, community, and team members. Our Gothenburg operations team is seeking a motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented employee with proven customer service skills. The individual must adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and balance a variety of tasks at once. The scope of responsibility for this position includes:

Essential Functions:

• Provide legendary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Greet clients and address their banking needs
• Assist with customer requests and banking transactions.
• Promote products and services to customers and prospective clients.
• Balance and maintain a cash drawer.
• Answer customer inquiries (phone, email, web inquiries, etc.)
• Use and support customers with digital banking tools.
• Attend and participate in various bank-sponsored community events and activities.
• Participate in various team-building activities.
• Take pride in enhancing lives with a "can do" attitude.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Banking experience is preferred but not necessary. We will train the right applicant for the position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to quickly learn new software.
