Housekeeper – Full-Time

Location: Olathe, KS

KidsTLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.

Our Housekeepers play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for the children, families, and employees we serve. What You'll Do

As a member of our Campus Management team, you'll help keep KidsTLC facilities and grounds clean, comfortable, and looking their best. Responsibilities include:

• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and buff floors
• Vacuum and steam clean carpets
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, and common areas
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Empty trash and properly dispose of refuse
• Clean windows, windowsills, walls, and vents
• Replenish paper products, soap, and other supplies
• Use industrial scrubbers, buffers, carpet cleaners, pressure washers, and other cleaning equipment
• Perform sanitation, disinfecting, and fogging as needed
• Keep entrances, sidewalks, and outdoor areas clean and free of debris
• Change light bulbs and furnace filters as needed
• Report leaks, clogged drains, equipment issues, and other facility concerns
• Perform minor maintenance tasks as directed
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report inventory needs
• Complete required documentation and communicate facility concerns to Campus Management

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, organized, and takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma
• General knowledge of housekeeping, custodial duties, and property maintenance
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and able to complete assigned responsibilities in a timely manner
