Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for NICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Develop and update individualized care plans based on patient assessments and evolving needs.
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and initiate appropriate interventions to ensure patient safety.
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with families and the health care team.
- Maintain infection control and safety standards and contribute to overall quality of care.

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license (state-specific) required.
- NICU nursing experience.
- Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to work in a hospital NICU setting.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities with multidisciplinary teams.
