Sales Representative

Crown Electric, LLC is seeking a motivated, self-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to help grow our commercial electrical contracting business throughout Arizona.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced salesperson, business development professional, or someone with established relationships in the construction industry who wants unlimited earning potential without income caps.

Position Summary

The Electrical Contractor Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships that generate commercial electrical projects. This individual will identify prospective clients, schedule meetings, cultivate relationships, and bring qualified bidding opportunities to Crown Electric.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable networking within the commercial construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial business opportunities.

• Build relationships with:

• General Contractors

• Property Managers

• Commercial Property Owners

• Developers

• Facility Managers

• Industrial Clients

• Prospect through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and referrals.

• Schedule meetings with potential customers.

• Present Crown Electric's capabilities and services.

• Gather project information and coordinate with our estimating team.

• Follow up with customers throughout the bidding process.

• Maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after project completion.

• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions when appropriate.

• Meet agreed-upon sales activity and revenue goals.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Sales or business development experience

• Commercial construction experience preferred

• Electrical industry knowledge is a plus but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver's license
