Industrial Office Admin
Location: Houston, TX 77034 (near Hobby Airport)
Shift: 8am-4:30pm M-F
Pay: $25/ hour
Start: ASAP
  • Manage daily office tasks: scheduling, ordering supplies, answering calls, guest reception 
  • Accounting Duties: A/R, cost accounting, create Pos
  • Experienced with BAAN for purchase orders
  • Proficient with Microsoft platforms; Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Power Point
  • Intermediate to Advance Excel skills required
  • Office is located in an industrial shop so industrial experience is preferred
  • Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus
  • Background and drug screen required
