Pay: $15.00 per hour

A fast-paced industrial manufacturing facility serving the Oil & Gas industry is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers for blending and processing operations. This is a hands-on position working with dry materials, liquids, and specialty additives in a production environment.

Job Duties

• Blend and package dry and liquid materials according to production instructions
• Assist with mixing and preparing specialty chemical products
• Load, move, stack, and organize bags and raw materials
• Follow blending formulas and production specifications accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate safely while following all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Support general warehouse and production operations as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a physically demanding environment
• Comfortable working around industrial chemicals and additives
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• No peanut allergies (facility safety requirement)
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred OR prior industrial/manufacturing experience required
• Must be able to work overtime when needed

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for candidates who are dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an industrial production environment. Previous experience in manufacturing, blending, chemical processing, warehouse production, or material handling is a plus.
