I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Companionship, Errands / Shopping. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Relative needs monitoring while transitioning from hospital to skilled nursing. May need to assist with communicating with medical staff and relaying information to family. Would only need assistance for up to two hours a day.
