Allied Custom Remodeling is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Helper to support our skilled crews on residential remodeling, historical renovations, additions, and custom projects. You’ll be the backbone of our worksites - ensuring daily operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites for daily work activities.
• Assist crew members with tools and materials.
• Remove debris and maintain clean work areas.
• Organize the worksite to support safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Verifiable hands-on experience in construction labor, remodeling, or general contracting.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Punctual, dependable transportation, and a consistent track record of showing up ready to work.
