Custodial Technician – Flint Multi-Building Campus
Rochester Residential and Commercial Cleaning
Join a growing, respected cleaning company where good work gets noticed! We're hiring a Custodial Technician to keep our 8-building Flint facility clean, stocked, and welcoming — day shift, reliable hours, and a team that appreciates you.
What You'll Do:
- Travel between our 8 on-site buildings throughout your shift
- Clean and stock restrooms and kitchens with consumables
- Dust, remove cobwebs, and maintain clean floors throughout each building
- Operate a floor scrubber (full training provided — no experience required!)
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (must be able to travel between buildings on-site)
- Strong attendance record — we need someone we can count on
- A positive, friendly attitude — you'll be part of a team that values good energy
- Willingness to learn new equipment and techniques
