Bookkeeper/Accountant's Assistant

Job duties will include preparing and reviewing client's payrolls and payroll reports, updating records and reconciling bank statements in Quickbooks, client income tax return review (individual and business), use of Microsoft Word and Excel, and general office duties, etc.

Quickbooks experience needed.

Looking for the right person to complement our small public accounting firm. Bookkeeping/Accounting and Income Tax Preparation services provided to a variety of clientele. Looking for someone who wants a career and would be willing to commit several years to the firm.
