First Shift - 7AM-3:30PM

Pay Rate of the Inspection Specialist II:
$24-$28 based on experience

Responsibilities of the Inspection Specialist II:

• Conduct inspections of components, sub-assemblies, and finished medical devices according to established specifications.
• Mentor and train junior inspection staff to enhance their skills and understanding of quality standards.
• Document non-conformances and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• Utilize various inspection tools and techniques to perform thorough quality checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications of the Inspection Specialist II:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; further technical training preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in medical product inspection or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in using inspection tools such as microscopes and calipers.
• Ability to read and comprehend detailed manufacturing procedures and drawings in English.
