Utility Operator - 3rd Shift

Job Summary:

• Support the production team during the first half of the shift, assisting with equipment and production-related tasks.
• Dismantle production lines alongside another Utility Technician to prepare equipment for changeovers or maintenance.
• Reassemble production lines and equipment to ensure everything is properly positioned and ready for production startup.
• Move, align, and assemble equipment, including conveyors and piping, using appropriate tools and measuring equipment.
• Assist with production changeovers and startup, ensuring equipment is accurately assembled, aligned, and operating as required.

Position Type: Evaluation to Hire

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 10:45P-7:15A

Pay: $25.75/HR  

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, maintenance, or mechanical environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and alongside a production team.
• Comfortable moving and positioning equipment and working around production machinery.
• Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment, including conveyors and piping.
• Ability to align conveyors and equipment accurately.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure, caliper, and level.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safely complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently during production changeovers.
