The role

We’re looking for motivated people to join a growing Houston team as a Customer Service and Sales Associate.

You’ll work directly with individuals and families, helping them understand available insurance options and supporting them throughout the customer journey.

You won’t be expected to figure everything out on your own. You’ll have access to real-time leads, structured training, experienced mentors, modern CRM technology, and ongoing coaching to help you build confidence and develop your career.

This is a performance-based opportunity with strong earning potential. Successful representatives may earn $80,000–$120,000+ annually, alongside bonuses and residual income.

What you’ll be doing

• Speak with prospective clients using company-provided leads
• Understand customer needs and explain suitable insurance options
• Schedule and manage client appointments
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support
• Keep accurate records using company CRM systems
• Take part in regular training, coaching, and development

About you

Previous insurance experience isn’t essential. We’re looking for someone who is:

Experience in sales, customer service, banking, healthcare, or another client-facing role is helpful but not required. Licensing support is available for suitable candidates.
