Executive Director

The Executive Director will lead a private childcare organization, reporting to the Regional Director and guiding strategic growth, financial sustainability, program expansion, and increased enrollment. This role combines organizational leadership with a strong focus on staff management, customer service, parent relations, and community event marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational leadership aligned with strategic growth and program expansion priorities.
• Oversee financial performance and support long-term financial sustainability.
• Manage, support, and develop staff.
• Build strong relationships with parents and families.
• Deliver and promote exceptional customer service.
• Lead community event marketing and engagement efforts.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase enrollment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the Primrose Schools system preferred.
• Director's License required.
