Mobile Home Supply & Installation Technician

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Mobile Home Supply & Installation Technician/Handyman to join our team. This is a hands-on position supporting our mobile home supply business through product installation, deliveries, storefront assistance, etc.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with tools, handling building materials, working at job sites, and providing friendly customer service. This position requires flexibility and reliability.

Job Responsibilities

• Repair and/or install mobile home doors, windows, siding, and skirting
• Installation of underbelly materials, moisture barriers and other mobile home installation needs
• Deliveries to customers and jobsites (Deliveries include items such as showers, tubs, doors, steps, windows, siding, skirting and more) **DELIVERY VEHICLE AND TOOLS PROVIDED** Willing to travel to both Springfield and Savannah GA storefronts as well as surrounding counties
• Load, unload, and safely secure products and materials at storefront and for deliveries.
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe storefront, warehouse, vehicle, and work area.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and properly
• Provide customer service and product assistance at our Springfield and Savannah storefronts.
• Assist customers and coworkers with identifying and handling mobile home parts and supplies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in mobile home installation, construction, remodeling, handyman work, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience installing doors, windows, siding, underbelly, or moisture barriers is a plus.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy or bulky materials.
• Willingness to travel between storefronts and customer/job sites as needed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred/required.
• Must be willing to perform both indoor and outdoor work.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and mobile home supplies.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, and work in various positions.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely load and unload products and materials.
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday.
