CNC Operator - Now Hiring

Mancan Staffing is assisting a bust Mogadore company who is seeking an experience CNC Machinist and Programmer.

Pay Rate: $20-$30/hr BOE
Hours: 7:30a/8:00a – 4:30p/5:00pm

RESPONSIBILITES
• Writes and Edits majority of machine code
• Perform all set-ups unassisted
• Calculate necessary speeds and feeds
• Quality is consistently Good
• Meet or beat routed times
• Identify errors immediately and inform supervisor
• Set up and run multiple machines when possible
• Keep machine clean and maintained, alert management when possible maintenance needed

REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to program using G & M Codes
• Ability to use precision tools to take accurate measurements
• Ability to read blueprints
• Able to follow complicated instructions with precision
• Proficient at Math with analytical abilities
• High attention to detail
• Punctual consistent attendance
• High school diploma or eq. completion of vocational training preferred
• Previous experience in a job shop environment (2 or more years)
