Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My Mom doesn't drive and my Dad does drive but is 86 and slowing down some and at some point my Mom may want to be driven somewhere in town or for shopping. They sleep in usually to later morning and enjoy a little gardening on patio or watching humming birds on deck. My Dad has fallen a few times and needs help to get up as my mom is mobile but doesnt have the strength to help him up Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
