Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My family friend has early onset dementia. I am looking primarily for someone to help with household chores, working in the garden, watching him and making sure he doesn't wander and reminding to take medications. He needs reminders when it comes to hygiene but is physically able. My family friends are also potentially looking for someone who can live with them and help take care of him in the future. About the care needs: Someone with patience, caring, and considerate. Someone with experience in memory care is ideal. Also, someone that uses presumed competence when interacting with people who are disabled.
