Babysitter - Now Hiring

I am looking for someone who can come in the evenings to play with my 2-year-old, help give her a bath, and rock her to sleep (she's very routined and goes down fairly easy). My dad (retired pastor) will be at the house to help drive my oldest to and from activities, but he's too old to wrangle the baby alone :)
