Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

I work a rotating schedule: nights and weekends, 12-hour shifts (2 days on and 2 days off). On weekends that I have off, I work Fri 6 pm- midnight. On weekends I work, I work Saturday midnight- 6 a.m. , then 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. on both the same Saturday and Sunday. My children are not speaking yet, and I am looking into getting them consistent, regular speech therapy as well as a constructive daycare to assist in potty training. I have one older male cat that is very friendly and loves company.
