CT Technologist Gunnison, Colorado. This position involves operating state-of-the-art GE Revolution Maxima 128-slice CT scanners, performing helical, axial, and CT fluoroscopy scans, and assisting radiologists with interventional radiology procedures. The role requires maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with physicians on protocol optimization, and ensuring optimal imaging outcomes.
Job Details
- Position Description: Operate and understand GE Revolution Maxima 128-slice CT scanner, including AW workstation reformats. Ability to perform helical, axial, and CT fluoroscopy scans. Maintain accurate and complete patient records. Relate with ordering physicians and assist with CT protocol selection. Knowledge of interventional radiology procedures to assist radiologists as needed.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Radiologic Technology or equivalent, Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) check, access to reliable transportation, minimum of 1 year of experience, and ability to work a schedule of four 10-hour shifts plus call, totaling at least 40 hours per week.
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
