Duration: 12 Months
Location: Remote/onsite (If onsite, must be Redmond, WA location)
Summary:

• Looking for a software engineer who has experience refactoring machine learning models, working with scientists and optimizing models for training, evaluation and other criteria.

Must-Have HARD Skills:

• GPU optimization experience
• PyTorch experience
• Python experience
• Machine learning experience

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience working with scientists
• Cleaning up models
• Organizing machine learning code

Years of Experience:

• 4 or 5 minimum, no cap on years

Degrees/Certifications Required:

• No

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Audio related special project, speech to text, text to speech, machine learning models, working with very talented research scientists, decreasing training time, increasing model efficiency

Purpose/Size of this team & where does this position fit within the team:

• Streamline trainings and models, 20 people on the team, will work with about 5 or 6 daily.
