Home Health Aide Needed

Seeking a compassionate, experienced caregiver for our mother, who has moderate-to-late stage Alzheimer's and needs consistent, hands-on morning support. Physically active role requiring patience and hands-on personal care. Responsibilities: sponge bathing, dressing/grooming, breakfast/light lunch prep, mobility/transfer assistance (fall prevention, poor balance), toileting/incontinence care, companionship, light laundry, and clear communication with family/other caregivers via shared notes. Requirements: prior dementia/Alzheimer's experience preferred, comfortable with lifting/transfers, patient and reliable, CPR/First Aid a plus, references required.
