Hourly PayApprentice 1 (0–2 years): $20.75–$26
Apprentice 2 (2+ years): $27–$34
Journeyman 1 (0–3 years): $37.75–$42
Journeyman 2 (3+ years): $44–$47
Master Plumber: $47+
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Licensed Journeyman Plumbers

This position is represented by UA Local 174, West Michigan Plumbers, Fitters and Service Trades.

Plumbing Installer → Senior Plumbing Installer → Plumbing Foreman → Plumbing Superintendent → Operations Leadership

What You'll DoResponsibilities will vary based on experience and classification and may include:
Install complete plumbing systems on residential and commercial projects
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
Coordinate work with General Contractors, Superintendents, and other trades
Ensure installations meet plumbing code requirements and company quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation of materials, labor, and completed work
Anticipate material needs and communicate shortages before they impact production
Help organize jobsite workflow, materials, and equipment
Mentor apprentices and support the development of less experienced plumbers, as applicable
Support crew leadership and project success on larger projects
Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite protocols
We welcome applicants at all experience levels, from apprentices beginning their careers to experienced journeymen and master plumbers.
Previous plumbing installation experience preferred
Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred for experienced-level positions
Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods appropriate to experience level
Ability to read blueprints and job specifications preferred
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
Experience using hand and power tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Authorized to work in the United States
Minimum age of 18
