Position Summary:\n
\n
\nWORK ON TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN!. \n
\nThe Busser supports the Sky House dining team by maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring tables are properly set and cleared, and assisting with guest needs. This role contributes to a positive guest experience by promptly cleaning spills, restocking supplies, and helping with side work.\n
\n
\nMust be available weekends. The typical shift is 10:00am-4pm. Some weekends may have an earlier start time.\n
\n
Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:\n
\n

\n
• Quickly remove used dishes, utensils, and glassware, then clean and reset tables for the next guests in both Nest & Red Hawk café dining areas.
\n
• Clean up water spills, food stains and debris from tables
\n
• Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread or condiments, and responding to guest needs promptly.
\n
• Assist cashiers with side work.
\n
• Keep dining areas, floors, and service stations clean and organized throughout the shift.
\n
• Ensure that items like napkins, utensils, and glassware are replenished regularly to support smooth service.
\n
• Take out trash and recycle.
\n
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back - of house staff and contribute to a positive, efficient dining experience.
\n

Secondary Responsibilities:\n
\n

\n
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in giving directions and answering questions.
\n
• Help Host/Hostess
\n
• May Assist Cashier and will be responsible for counting inventory, ringing up items in POS and make correct change.
\n
• Other duties as assigned

\n Technical - None\n
\n
\n Physical Capabilities - Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.\n
\n
\nSkiing or snowboarding at an intermediate level is preferred.\n
\n
\n Additional - Strong attention to detail.\n
\n
Education/Related Experience:\n

\n Minimum education required - English reading, writing and communication.\n
