A well-established outpatient FQHC in Queens is seeking a Quality Improvement RN.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN with a background in Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Compliance, and clinical auditing who is looking for a stable, Monday–Friday position.

💰 Salary: $90,000- $100,000

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n

• Serve as the organization’s Risk Manager and support risk-management initiatives

\n

• Conduct medical record reviews and monthly quality/compliance audits

\n

• Review and summarize incident reports, complaints, and Article 31 incidents

\n

• Partner with the Quality Improvement team and organizational leadership

\n

• Assist with developing and revising policies and procedures related to safety and emergency preparedness

\n

• Lead monthly QI meetings and monitor departmental quality measures and outcomes

\n

• Monitor QI assessments and quarterly outcome reporting

\n

• Coordinate annual review and updates of organizational forms

\n

• Support fire and security drill testing

\n

• Promote timely incident reporting and ongoing workplace safety initiatives

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

✔️ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

\n

✔️ Previous Quality Improvement experience required

\n

✔️ Managerial or supervisory experience/skills

\n

✔️ Experience with medical records and healthcare compliance

\n

✔️ Knowledge of vaccine programs

\n

✔️ Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

\n
