Job Description
Location: Youngstown, OH 44512
Compensation: $17.00–$26.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent
Job ID: #26-00581

A day in this roleYou clock in, review engineered drawings, and map out precise weld sequences. By mid-morning, you’re laying clean, consistent beads—primarily MIG on mild and stainless steel—using spray transfer, tack, and stud welding techniques. Parts are set, coped, squared, and aligned, then checked against tight tolerances. After lunch, you’ll move assemblies with overhead cranes or a forklift, notify the Lead Person or Inspector when jobs are inspection-ready, touch up any out-of-spec areas, and finish surfaces by grinding to maintain square and plumb dimensions. The day wraps with a tidy, safe workstation—tools organized, machines cared for, and the next build queued up.
