2nd Family Home Care is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for 12-hour day shifts in Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, and surrounding communities.

We provide personalized, non-medical care that helps older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

What You'll Do

• Assist seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with errands and transportation when required
• Communicate changes in client needs to our care team

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to perform the essential physical duties of caregiving, with reasonable accommodation when applicable
