Housing: Facility-provided onsite housing available

• End Date: 01/10/2027

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Shift: Days

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts

• Hours: 40 hours/week

• Pay: $57/hour

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,280/week

• Housing: Facility-provided onsite housing

• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

• Serves as the licensed Nursing Home Administrator for DOAK Skilled Nursing

• Oversees daily skilled nursing operations and resident-centered care

• Responsible for regulatory compliance and survey readiness

• Leads staffing, employee development, and workforce planning

• Oversees quality assurance and performance improvement

• Manages resident/family relations and grievance resolution

• Participates in budget and operational performance management

• Works with the Director of Nursing, interdisciplinary teams, residents, families, medical providers, and organizational leadership

• Reports to the Senior Director of Casey's Pond and governing Board of Directors

• Directly and/or indirectly supervises skilled nursing staff and department leadership

• Unencumbered Colorado Nursing Home Administrator license – Required

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Long-Term Care Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health Administration, or related field preferred

• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

• 3+ years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, older adult services, or healthcare operations required

• 5+ years preferred

• Experience with nursing home administration, regulatory survey readiness, personnel management, quality improvement, resident/family relations, budgeting, and strategic/operational planning preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, and relationship-building skills

• Knowledge of skilled nursing operations and long-term care regulations

• Knowledge of survey processes, plans of correction, QAPI, resident rights, infection prevention, and life safety requirements

• Advanced computer skills and experience with electronic health records
