Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Dementia, shes very pleasant, loves to eat, watch tv, talk About the care needs: Someone who is patient, kind hearted and caring. She is in a rehab and we are looking to bring her home. My Dad also lives there. We are a very loving family. She is on oxygen, she can walk with assistance, someone that can give her medication. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
