Companion Care Needed

My husband has dementia, is a quiet person, mobile, some balance issues, able to care for himself regarding bathing, toileting, dressing( may need assistance selecting appropriate clothes). Needs assistance making meals, monitor him taking meds, making sure safe during care, light housekeeping duties, good communication skills. We are located in a nice size condo on the gulf with a pool. In addition, seeking a caregiver who can drive him to local medical appointments & accompany him to beach or pool just outside the condo.
