About who needs care: Lives with spouse, Looking for help getting up in the morning, personal care/shower, make breakfast, companion for a few hours. -uses walker, slow mobility -able to feed self and interact Enjoy puzzles reading sitting on porch outside Diagnosed with dementia-pleasant to interact with. About the care needs: Looking for encouraging personality, will need caregiver to motivate. Skills- stand by assist, assist with dressing, help with toileting, incontinant of urine occasionally bowels-wears pull-ups full-time. Needs motivation for regular toileting. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
