Companion Care Needed

My mom is in her mid-60's, widowed, and has a few health issues. She has diabetes, neuropathy, lymph edema, and bad arthritis. She's also lonely and depressed. She has trouble cleaning her home, doing every day tasks such as laundry, taking trash out, etc. Due to the decline in her health, as well as several hardships, her home needs some attention. We need someone to be the "Honey" for her "Honey-Do-List." She is pretty independent and just needs help with things around the house of which she'll gladly guide you the whole time, occasional motivation to get more active, possibly help with minor cooking, and companionship.
