Before School or After School Work - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for a nanny for my kindergartener in Hamlin/Winter Garden. And I am looking now! I am looking for someone who is patient, can help introduce and redirect with new activities and just play and have fun. Car rider pickup and after school care Monday - Thursday would be routine from 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. (2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Wednesdays), with the occasional Friday when it works for schedules.
