Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Searching for a great house cleaner. My husband has a heart transplanted first year. Need to be healthy and use lysol type products. Just 2 of us and one yappy dog. Can you provide your own cleaning supplies (detergents, etc)? Can you provide your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, etc)? Bathroom Cleaning Kitchen Cleaning Changing bed linens Deep cleaning Oven Cleaning Carpet Cleaning Spread cleaning over a few visits if. necessary. We would appreciate the same cleaner?
