Job Description
Abilities Unlimited is a growing, locally operated ABA company committed to providing meaningful, individualized services to children and families while creating a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and connected to their clinical team.
We are looking for dependable, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians who want to make a difference while growing professionally in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Why Work With Abilities Unlimited?
We believe strong clinical care starts with a strong team. RBTs at Abilities Unlimited receive:
- 10 days of paid PTO.
- 5 paid sick days.
- 8 paid holidays.
- QSEHRA health reimbursement benefit.
- In-person BCBA supervision and clinical support.
- Opportunities to work in home, school, and community settings.
- Support and mentorship for employees pursuing BCBA and other ABA career goals.
- Opportunities for professional growth as the company continues to expand.
- A locally operated environment where employees are known, supported, and not treated like just another number.
What You’ll Do
As an RBT, you will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills, and supporting the reduction of behaviors that may interfere with independence, safety, or learning.
RBTs are also responsible for collecting accurate data, completing session documentation, following Behavior Intervention Plans, participating in supervision and competency checks, and maintaining professional communication with families, schools, BCBAs, and other members of the treatment team.
What We’re Looking For
Applicants should be reliable, professional, receptive to feedback, and passionate about helping children and families achieve meaningful progress. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and hold, or be eligible to obtain, an active Registered Behavior Technician credential through the BACB.
Reliable transportation is required, as services may occur across home, school, and community locations.
Join a growing team where your work matters, your development is supported, and you have the opportunity to grow alongside Abilities Unlimited.
