We are looking for a dependable Counter/Warehouse Associate to provide customer service while assisting with daily warehouse operations. This position will handle counter sales, inventory, order pulling, and customer requests.
We are looking for a dependable Counter/Warehouse Associate to provide customer service while assisting with daily warehouse operations. This position will handle counter sales, inventory, order pulling, and customer requests.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service at the counter
- Process counter sales and customer orders
- Pull, stage, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery
- Receive, organize, and maintain inventory
- Check inventory levels and assist with restocking
- Assist customers with product questions and selections
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Customer service or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer and inventory skills
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
