Job Responsibilities
- Help lead and direct daily team activities
- Assign tasks and assist employees as needed
- Monitor work quality and productivity
- Help train and support team members
- Communicate with management regarding daily operations
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Assist with general duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous leadership or team experience preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Ability to work well with others
- Willingness to assist with hands-on work
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
- Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
