Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Customer Service Representative you play a huge role in our customers’ experience with Shield Arms through excellent customer service, outstanding communication, and knowledge of our products and processes. Pride in a job well done, clearly explain our products and policies to customers, and enjoying problem solving are all vital to succeeding in this role.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide accurate and timely replies to customer inquiries and problems.
Excellent customer service through written, phone, and face-to-face communication.
Assist customers with questions, product selection, troubleshooting, and problems.
Keep the standard of high efficiency and quality within department.
Follow company policies and procedures (returns, warranties, etc.).
Maintain a high level of professionalism and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
Document customer interactions.
Answer phones and communicate with customers through our ticketing system.
Gain knowledge of our products and their uses in order to assist customers.
Communicate effectively with your team and other departments within the company.
Escalate customer communication to management as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years in customer service preferred.
Ability to learn and utilize new software.

Exceptional customer service skills.
Communicate professionally and effectively in all forms (written, phone, face-to-face).
Learn and represent company culture.
Ability to work as a team and be self-motivated.

Monday-Thursday (8am-5pm)
Friday (8am-2:30pm)
