They are seeking a Tax Director / Practice Leader to lead the strategic vision and execution of our tax function across complex, high-value client portfolios—ranging from high-net-worth individuals and family offices to multi-entity and cross-border enterprise structures.

Your Background

• Experience: 10+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or professional services, with a focus on complex individual, entity, and cross-border portfolios.
• Credentials: Active CPA license (or MST/JD/LLM with equivalent tax expertise).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s in Taxation (MST) preferred.
• Technical Mastery: Expert command of U.S. federal, state, and local tax laws, with proven capability in M&A structuring, estate/succession planning, and multi-entity strategies.
• Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and scale dynamic teams while fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Client & Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of advising C-suite executives, business owners, and HNW clients.
• Business Acumen: Experience driving engagement profitability, participating in pitch presentations, and expanding service footprints within existing accounts.
• Tech-Forward Mindset: Proficiency in modern tax compliance software, research platforms, and workflow automation tools.
